This is my go to place for coffee. I always use the mobile app. And service is normally excellent and fast. Today I arrived and was given my food order. I then waited 15 minutes for my first drink. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I left without my second drink. By then my food was cold and I had to go elsewhere for my coffee. Had the worker at the window been remotely friendly I would have continued to wait. Todays experience was 1 star but I've rated the place 3 stars based on prior experience.
This Starbucks is always closed even though it says it's open. It doesn't make any sense in the time that I was sitting here trying to find another coffee shop there was at least three or four other cars pull up and realize that they were closed. Maybe you should update your hours online so that everybody knows that on Sundays and every other random day you guys will not be open.
Great & quick service. High quality coffee, tea and smoothies. Sandwiches & pastries are delicious!
Why can't you update your hours online so people know you are open or not? Just pure laziness and bad business.
