I went at 8pm, on a Saturday. Google said it closes at 9pm. When I got there it was closed. I would suggest changing the time if you don't close at 9pm.
I've asked for non dairy the last 2 times I was forced to go here and was given dairy each time. Not to mention they're over priced. I will keep making my own tea and encourage my friends to make their own coffee.
I asked for the biggest cup of violet without ice. The guy made it and put it in cup smaller than what I asked which was not full. He said this is how much it make without ice. Every other Starbucks I go to make the biggest cup full. Don't go here. Ice is a whole cup size what a rip off. He should just charge the smaller size.
It's a nice place, not too busy when we went. The service was average. I was hoping for a song and dance, but all I got was my name called when my hot chocolate was done. Oh, well I guess you have to tip better for that kind of service. The hot cocoa was amazing though, props to the barista.
There's many ways to measure quality at Starbucks - but if Kindness, knowledge of products, efficiency, (and joy!) amongst team members is the standard being used - then this is the BEST Starbucks in the Mid-Willamette Valley!!! “Quality Beverages prepared for you by Quality People” is written upon every transaction and interaction with their customers.
