Eby's Pines RV Park & Campground

Rented Comfy Cabin and it was great. Unit was exceptionally clean with plenty of room for 3 adults. Campground was clean and people staying were well behaved. Park nearby(walking distance offered nice hiking) and an old mill. Great area with lots to explore. Recommend for weekend stay or longer. Staff was also friendly and offered advice on area.

We have been renting the comphy cottage for the last 3 years for Labor Day weekend. We always have a blast. The cabin is beautiful. Beds are very uncomfortable though. They always have lots of fun activities going on from games, bands, karaoke and even bean bag tournaments and golf cart parade. I enjoy everyone we meet. I have met lots of great travelers from all over. Pools are nice as well. Thank you. Dislikes: charging extra for visitors i mean I'm spending over $500 on a weekend of I invite family for a dinner I don't think we should have to pay more but it is what it is...

My family and I have come to this campground since the 1980's and it is the last year we will EVER be back. The staff is extremely rude and they limited our guests to only regular days and didn't allow them to come on any holidays. Facility is nice but not worth it with the awful service received. Whoever ran this campground before, please give them some pointers.

I think Eby's is a pretty good campground overall. I do wish the camp sites were a little wider and longer. The lady we spoke to in the store was very friendly and the store has some nice items. I don't know what they were thinking by placing the dump station right next to several camp sites though. We had some issues with noise from other camp sites well past the 11pm quiet time but I can't blame Eby's for that. One thing I'd like to see changed is the noon checkout time. It's so early that you really can't enjoy your final day.

My family has camped here for 15 years. Sadly, this will be our last unless there is a complete overhaul or retraining of staffing. Never underestimate the value of good customer service. Unfortunately it seems that the problem is from leadership or ownership. I say this because there is always new management and unhappy, rude staff. They roll eyes, fold arms and share their disgruntled opinions on each other and ownership when addressing issues. Beautiful grounds, pool, park, dog park and facilities. If you never interact with staff or go into the store it's a great place. However these things can't be avoided. The heavy, negative energy from the staff make this a negative experience. We paid for summer special and haven't stayed but a handful of times this year due to the negativity to us and our guests. I wish it were different but it just isn't. I sincerely hope things change and Eby continues in prosperity.
