We have used this storage facility, and this would be our 3rd year storing our RV in your indoor climate controlled warehouse. We have always been pleased, and have stored RV there from November to end of April. We are sent an email to remind us, if we plan on using again, which is very convenient, however upon contacting this facility, after receiving our email, we are told that unless we start rental in October, there is nothing they could do for us. Most parks don't close until 1st week in November, not to mention, we are still using our RV then. We would have gladly come in to pay the whole thing, if an option was given, but none was. It's hard to give stars of appreciation or bad experience because this was our lst and only bad experience, but left my husband and I with our jaw on the floor! Pretty much sorry bout your luck, don't know what to tell you. I thought businesses thrived on repeat customers, and word of mouth, to bring in more business? Speechless!
We're please with the great assistance from your staff. After the inside storage area was rearranged, we found the size available did not fit our units we needed for storage. Your staff associates did some checking and they were able to work things out to our satisfaction. Thanks to all!!

Dakota is so helpful and kind. I feel very safe keeping my belongings in my storage unit through this company. Cameras everywhere and code to get in. Excellent in my opinion.
