This gym makes you sign up for a full year of membership and charges $25/month which is already a little bit pricey. My membership expired in April 2020. They charged me for March and April despite the executive order that Indiana gyms should be CLOSED and have not cancelled my membership. I have called numerous times to cancel my membership and hopefully get a refund for the months that I couldn’t use my membership as well as those after my membership expired. No one answers. No one returns my calls and every time I go in no one is there. They also don’t clean the bathrooms hardly ever and the lockers that they have installed are second hand, rusty and dirty. Before that your only option was to use an open cubby where anyone could have stolen your stuff when you weren’t looking. Do not go to this gym. Go to Eastlake.

Gym is good but they have outrageous fees to cancel the membership. Also was not refunded full amount after they charged me for another month AFTER I cancelled. I like the management; they are friendly and nice... I just do not feel like they need that expensive of a cancellation fee.
