Ordered pan pizza for a dollar more, got hand tossed and tasted like some type of garlic sauce on it. Was there on time to pick it up and drove 2 miles home and it was barely warm.
Ordered online at 5:00 for pickup for 7:00. I got there at 7, and had to wait half an hour until I finally got my pizza. The cashier wasn't even apologetic either. Do not come to this place if you want anything even coming close to resembling quality service or food delivered in a timely manner.
I ordered my pizza and wings on the Pizza Hut App. when I go to Pizza Hut to pick up I was told that the wings were not ready yet and that it would be a while. they had to clean the wing fryer. about 15 minutes later I received my order. When I got home, I opened the wings to find that they were Honey BBQ and not the Buffalo sauce that fI had ordered. This was not a positive experience. Not sure that I will try it again!
Dine in different. order at counter bring out in box. Paper plates and plastic forks no wait service or table sanitizing.
The pizza was not done and had raw dough in the crust. There was very little cheese on the pizza. We ordered a veggie lovers pizza. This restaurant was the dirtiest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been in. In fact, it was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. It had just opened and there was dirt, leaves, food pieces, and grease all around. So, between the dirty restaurant and the undone pizza, I find no reason to ever go back. I was very disappointed.
