This company was hired by someone we were working with so we didn’t do much dealing directly with them during the hiring process. However I will say Sam who installed our generator was very professional and very nice. The city inspector even commented on how nice of a job he had done and was very impressed with the quality of the work when he came to approve it. I don’t know how the prices compare with others but the level of professionalism and politeness impressed me quite a bit. Highly satisfied with the job they did!

The technician, Sam, was wonderful to work with. He showed up on time, always calling first, and actually listened to what I had to say. We had another company come out and after 4 visits their only solution was to replace my Generac 13kw generator. Sam found the issue and had it running after the replacent brushes came in. So I spent far less than the $4500 the other company recommended.

Jack came out on time and he was very professional and explained everything to me. Fixed the issue and answered my questions. We will use Schwartz electric for all of our electrical projects from now on because of Jack, he's seriously the best.
