Had a wonderful interaction today with the staff at front! The kind blonde lady took my order and made sure to do it with a kind demeanour. Was very quick and made sure the entire process was enjoyable! I've come into the store about 3-4 times now, and DEFINITELY will be coming back since it seems to get better each time!
The blonde girl running the register this morning was insanely helpful! I've had 4 great experiences here and am very pleased with the way they handle things! Thanks so much for all you do during this pandemic and for handling rude customers who seem to lack compassion. 10/10
Worked at a Starbucks for 3 years , therefore was taught how to handle situations correctly . Have had 4 bad experiences with this place in the last month and only ONCE was pleased with how the situation was handled . They somehow “don’t get” my online orders when really they hand it to someone else and don’t take credit for there actions. This morning put the icing on the cake. The blonde girl running The register this morning was insanely rude I cannot believe how I was treated by a place that is supposed to be all about pleasing the customers. The workers are slow as can be and clearly do not know what they are doing . Very displeased , spoke with cooperate this morning and was very pleased how they handled it ! Will not be returning to this store !
Just Why!! Over 30 minutes in line still haven't made it to order screen. You guys loose more customers by the wait and not because your cashing them out. They are actually leaving because of the wait. Its ridiculous. Management needs to send in a good team to help train and make this place better and efficient again!!! Please look into this
