This is a very BUSY location! However, it's for good reason. The staff members are typically friendly/helpful and the drinks are always made right! I try to visit during off peak hours to avoid the line. ud83dude4c Below you will see my typical order... Java chip frappes are life!
Very bitter coffee !
We expected to have a SMALL wait, but 20 minutes was a bit excessive. The batista making our cold drinks had no pep in her step, made the drinks with lots of ice (more than the normal) when we asked for light ice which was on both stickers. My husband as nice as he is took his drink and went to wait in the car, but for me I said something, my drink was poured into a larger cup and they added more liquid which I'm turn made the drink not taste as it normally did. We had to pick up our dinner so I left. But this is the EXACT reason I stopped going here a few years ago, we will continue to go to the one inside the Martin's supermarket down the road.
The young lady that served us at the drive thru was very friendly and polite. We had to wait for our order and she took the time to have actual conversation. I believe her name tag said KT.
Best Starbucks around! Everyone is so kind and wonderful and my drinks are always amazing
