My appliance delivery date was moved due to product availability, leaving me without appliances in a new home for a matter of weeks. Due to RAS refusal (and I mean refusal) to split the appliance delivery, I had to wait even further for my appliances. Then, their scheduling system is completely inflexible, and zero consideration was given for emergency response employees during a pandemic. In the four phone calls to the company to try to get someone to help, nobody listened and the customer service quality got worse and worse. Then, when I finally was able to meet the delivery team, my appliances weren't hooked up right and they damaged two walls while moving appliances, although the delivery people were nice. So not only was it a hassle and pain and frustrating to get the delivery date sorted, but they damaged my house. They are unprofessional, rude, inept and should be out of business.
Delivery team arrived within the scheduled time. The gentleman delivering the product were professional and courteous.
Delivered a Kenmore spacesaver washer dryer combo from Costco. Delivery service did not leave the dryer cord so now I'm unable to use the newly delivered appliance. Called customer service, was told they would call back, they did not. Contacted again and told they would credit me the cost of the cord, so now I'm responsible for driving over 30 minutes each way to the nearest store and left trying to figure out how to install the 4 print cord myself.

The delivery guys were not too bright. One smelled very bad. Didnt hook up washer the right way. Tried to call the customer line when water was leaking all over floor, the number is disconected. They came back when we called the warehouse. The guys told us it was our drain we needed a plumber.. ha ha no we needed the hose hooked up the right way. These guys are a joke.
