One make sure you are sending correct order. As well as delivery times are ridiculously long at 2 hours and my order was still 15 minutes late. As well as no sauce for cheese sticks
Ordered online. Called 3 times when we arrived-no answer. Delivery people came and went. Finally went inside-which we wanted to avoid. Pizza was cold and no mushrooms on it that we ordered. Lobby was dirty-floors, windows. Not managed well and we will not be ordering from there again.
This was one of the worst experiances i have had at any pizza hut. The employees were not wearing face masks or gloves. I watched the front counter attendant handle every order multiple times, then handle money from another customer and then proceed to the back and handle food directly without washing her hands or putting on gloves. She was cursing about the amount of work she had to do and customers waiting for orders. There were several customers waiting to be helped for almost 20 minutes with out even being acknowledged. I doubt i will go back to this location again
I ordered a three topping special tonight and a pasta dish with cheesy bread. Delivery did good however I put specific instructions on the pizza three toppings I ordered were pepperoni ham and mushroom. They put sausage on it instead of mushroom. I CAN NOT EAT SAUSAGE. I requested that the cheese be over the toppings nope didn’t do it. The Alfredo came out great, the cheese sticks are black! Burt to a crisp. Called to get it fixed or my money back. I spent 30 dollars I expect it to be right. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was not a manager I requested one she didn’t transfer the phone to a manager and acted like it was an inconvenience for them that I am upset over there mistakes on my food that I paid for. This place is a joke and I will be sending pictures to corporate and requesting a refund and new training be given on how to read orders
Called and someone picked up the phone and they hung up. So ordered through the app and that was ok. Went in and asked for some banana peppers and the guy said they couldn’t do that, guess papa johns is doing something illegal by giving their customer free banana peppers?. Kitchen did not look the cleanest either. Bad customer experience, little caesars does a better job if that says anything.
