After asking the cashier if she would like me to read the custom order, or just hand her the phone to make it easier, she asked for the phone claiming she knows how to read. First of all, I was not insinuating that she didn't know how to read, but she clearly doesn't read very well seeing as she screwed up the order by adding mocha when it stated no mocha. She then proceeds to ask me what size when it's the very first line listed. I wasn't going to stick around to have them fix it, because it was already an an annoyance, so I drove down the street, ordered it, and received it correctly.
