I recently purchased a pool that came with a house, great investment! The pool was basically a swamp when we went to open it up and so we talked with Paul. He taught us how to maintain our pool, clear it up and how to disassemble the pump so we wouldn’t have so many service call expenses. He also recommended an off-line chlorinator that has helped tremendously. We are currently enjoying our crystal clear pool, and are so thankful that we now have the tools to keep it that way.
I can’t thank the service manager enough for helping my husband out.nWe are still learning about chemical in pool. We left for a week and came back to Green water. Service manager was very helpful in getting our water figured out. Very patient and professional!nWill be going back!

Service manager shamed me for having an old hot tub. Very rudely told me it wasn't worth fixing. When I said that's for me to decide, he acted like I was being unreasonable because I wanted him to tell me the details of what was wrong with it. He told my husband one price to fix it and when he talked to me he added $500 to the price to fix it. He was bothered by having to answer my questions. He must hate his job.
