Hi I have been renting space with these folks for almost 5 years (two 10 x 20 units). The business is run very professionally, they are easy to get in touch with and will work with you to try and make a move as easy as possible.nThe storage location at Routes 6 and 13 (near lake Wawasee and the city of Syracuse) is in a perfect location. It offers: 24 hour access and you can drive your truck/trailer around the facility pretty easy. In the 5 years I have not had any problems, my items are safe and dry. The owners keep the property well lit, and well maintained. The kiosk payment or the auto payment works great.nIf they have an open unit grab it as soon as you can because they go really quick! Lastly not all storage facilities are the same!! - even though they might look the same from the outside. What I find important is the management's availability and flexibility to work with their customers, which as I mentioned is top notched.nnTom
would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. the storage units are gross and my stuff was only in there for a couple months and got mold. i’ve attempted to get ahold of someone on numerous occasions and never receive phone calls back. i paid on time and there were different occasions my code to get in the gate didn’t work. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
We had a storage unit here for a while now and we're very satisfied with the security that surround the and the manager it's very nice
Location is Great.... But can’t get into unit for the snow.... barely got thru the gate and decided at end of 1 st building I’d most likely need a tow truck if I went any further, luckily I made it around 1st building and back to gate but was sweating it all the way
