I just want to say that my family and I have been patrons of Little Caesars for well over 30 years always love the fact that gave employment opportunities to the community's youth. So with that being said I'm gone to try to keep this as short as possible about my last visit to this location it was so Disrespectful!!!!!!! this leads me to say that the youth of today got life twisted.This 16 year old who proclaimed to be the manager told me that I can get a refund but he won't make me another pizza. If it's wrong yes you willud83dude09...short version he tried to take me there total disrespectnThanks to the other youth who trained very well handle the customer service call to keep the customer happy we gotta to do better #disappointed
Not the best always slow never get it done right. Went in today at Wednesday Oct 28 at 515 and left at 600 pm. They had my pizzas sitting on the counter for 25 minutes waiting on crazy combo. Finally after becoming angry and saying something to them. One employee stairs me down like he Clint Eastwood and wants to fight. Going down hill. That store a lost cause.
The Only Reason I'm Giving Little Ceasars Stars Tonight Is Because Out Of All The Employees I Seen , The Young Lady At The Front Counter Was The Only One Working. The Other Employees Were Going In And Out Of The Back Door, Not Following COVID-19 Quide Lines, And Were Hourse Playing. VERY Unprofessional. It Was A Safety Hazzard.. I Would Like To Thank The Young Lady For Doing Her Job And Following COVID-19 Guidelines And Working Under These Conditions.
Covid makes everyone edgy but always in and out very quickly.
