I bought a car in Concord, CA, and had Ryan ship it to Seattle. They were super fast, like 2 days. And when they called to arrange delivery, they were concerned that it appeared my neighborhood had a bunch of trees (its Seattle, after all!) and the trees may scratch my car as they drove through. So we arranged delivery at a parking lot a few blocks away. By the time I got to the arranged location, the car was off the truck, and the driver handed us our keys, showed us the owner's manual, and asked to look everything over before signing the receipt. These guys went the extra mile to give us white glove service!

Ryan was so good at keeping me informed with where my car was at in the process! Very nice to work with.

The communication was quick and consistent. I may have gotten lucky because my car was picked up on a Saturday and delivered Monday evening less than 3 days later.
