Frog baby is a great little spot on Ball State campus. You can sit right by the fountain or on a bench nearby and the sound of the water is so relaxing. Plus, she's always dressed up in BSU gear or costumes for any holidays or events.

It’s a frog, it’s a baby, it’s a frog baby! She’s beautiful and lovely as always. Love the campus lore that she is good luck before finals.

Gotta love Frog Baby! Rub the nose of Frog Baby and you'll have great luck all semester!

Frog Baby is a medium-sized fountain in the center of Ball State featuring a toddler holding multiple frogs in her hands. Usually, it's a quiet and tranquil place for students to come and relax and/or study for class. Personally, I like Frog Baby, because this is an iconic place on the Ball State campus. This is where seniors go to get their senior pictures taken before leaving Ball State for the last time. This is where nervous students come, so they can rub Frog Baby's nose and get her blessing before taking a final exam. As for me, Frog Baby will always mark the passage of time. I always sat on the fountain for an hour or 2 in the fall, when the semester was beginning. And then I always revisited Frog Baby for an hour or 2 in the spring, when the semester was coming to close. You can't call yourself a true Cardinal unless you've spent some time with Frog Baby.

Perfect place to come and study or read on the ball state campus. Plenty of trees for shade and places to hang hammocks.
