It is a great storage facility. The staff was helpful. The facility is clean and there are options for non-climate controlled storage as well as climate controlled storage.

This place was The cleanest with the nicest facility and the most helpful and knowledgeable employees. Out of the 4 Storage facilities that I looked at the location on Lima RD. In Fort Wayne was by far the best! The prices are very competitive across the board with the best of amenities. I have had the storage unit for almost a month now and I probably come and go 3-4 times a week. Hopefully that stops real soon. Lol! I am still trying to get everything Organized so I can find it when needed as I am planning on storing 90% of my belongings in the storage unit for roughly 4 to 6 months. Every time I arrive at the storage facility and sometimes it is later in the evening or very early morning. No matter the time of day I have always felt safe. They gated facility along with the cameras Has allowed me to feel comfortable To do the things I needed On my Time. After looking at other places prior I am so glad that I took the time to lease this storage unit in a gated community opposed to something with a gravel parking lot and No security gate or cameras.nnI will end it with this, if you are looking for a storage unit that is not going to leak water all over your belongings With a great staff on site, “YOU FOUND IT”!!!!!!nnAnd NO, This is not a made up review and I don’t work there. I stopped in there like I said less than a month ago and met Jan and a couple of her coworkers. They helped me find the right storage unit that Suited my wants and needs. I am in retail sales myself, so I appreciate when someone doesn’t try to sell or lease me something that I don’t need. Community Storage, on Wheeling, is a fantastic place to store your things. It is a very clean and well lit space. Michelle and the staff has always been super friendly and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend using this facility.

Community Storage is very clean and smells great. The truck that we used was clean and we could get blankets and a utility cart for appliances. We were very pleased with everything available to us.
