Secure storage from people I've trusted for years. We stored my aunts car and they helped us finding the right size space. Never an issue!
I was notified by Judd Construction Storage today.....that my storage unit was broken into....and that i needed to stop by to inspect it. When i arrived, i was told that they had put a lock of their own on my locker....to secure it. The customer service woman gave me a key to unlock it and inspect my belongings. I drove to the gate, put my code in and couldnt get in. I went back to the office and was told by the same woman, that the code had been changed.....after the break ins. I drove back, entered my new code and preceded to unlock my locker. Then.....the key she gave me did not work. What a....debacle.nI would not recommend this storage facility for two reasons.........mediocre customer service and false advertising of a SECURE place to store ones belongings. Find another place!
