Kendra is the greatest! She has gone above and beyond her duties to help me out of some dire straights! I thank God for her she is truly a blessing! As for the facility, I highly recommend it. I am moving and will look for the nearest Affordable Family storage when I do. Always clean and like I said, staff is wonderful! Thank you all so much ‼ufe0f
Tina is the one that helped me on the phone to get my unit and was the most polite and helpful person I have encountered in any customer service in awhile. She made the entire process quick and very easy. I wish more customer service reps were as kind as she was.
The renting process is really easy, and the facility was always clean and well organized. Tina was super helpful, polite, and patient with me as I set up my account (thank you so much, Tina!) I highly recommend renting a unit here if you need storage! :)
Great and super fast service. First time storage user, provided me with great price and great support-answered all my question during this difficult time (pandemic). Staff are great and very friendly.
So far so good. Sign up was easy and the place is clean. The manager is great and took me on a tour and everything. The door broke the first time taking stuff in but the manager was there and was working on fixing it after we showed her. My unit has no light inside it and that is extremely frustrating but I suppose I will deal with it. The only reason for four stars and not five is because my unit is completely dark. I am buying some battery lights to put in it. It is indoors and heated/cooled and has a restroom.
