I just placed an order on the app. I am a vegan and have a severe lactose allergy. I placed an order for a pizza with no cheese and a couple of veggie toppings. When I went and picked it up instead they made a pizza with cheese and sausage. I asked for my pizza to be remade. I was looked at like I was crazy and when the person up front went and told the cook to remake it he threw his hands up and asked if they were serious. So the pizza was remade, but to punish me for ordering a vegan pizza, they made it by just piling all the toppings right in the middle and putting barely any of one ingredient and about a cup of pineapple. 0/10 will not order here again. I used to work at a pizza restaurant and this is not that unusual. Peoples dietary restrictions need to be taken seriously because you could literally kill someone.
Ordered 2 extramostbestest sausages and 2 extramostbestest pepperoni. Both sausage pizzas had only a few sausage pieces on it instead of alot like it was supposed to have. That is not the 1st time they have ripped us off like that
It's good pizza really. Not too greasy or anything
I like the taste of the thin crust pizza and it was hot.
Burnt pizza even though we told them 3/4 baked to try to avoid this. Only 1 pizza wasn't burnt out of 3.
