I've always had a good experience with this Jimmy John's. Food is always correct and fresh. The location is convenient and the late hours a perfect for those nighttime cravings. Delivery is always quick too, and they are good about delivering on campus, even to out of the way locations.
I love their food but this time their delivery driver was very rude to me. I called their store after my food was not delivered and they had me speak with their delivery driver who tried to blame me for everything. He said I put down the wrong address and that he tried to call me a few times but I didn’t get any phone calls and he took it to a frat house that is not on the same street as me. I did everything online so I know I put my address down correctly. He said that he could go to where he left it and bring it to me. I don’t want food that’s been sitting outside, thats unsanitary and dangerous especially during a pandemic. I had my money refunded because I didn’t trust that my food would come back untampered with.

I love this Jimmy John's so much. They work really hard, the place is always really clean and the staff is super nice. Some Jimmy John's just slap the food into some paper and hand it to you but this Jimmy has nice presentation. The food is equally portioned every time, the wraps are nice and neat and even when they are super busy around lunch time they are fast and friendly. This is the best Jimmy John's in Muncie by a mile. I'll drive out of my way to go to this one instead of the one in campus. They know my name and my order.
