I said just a trim but they cut all my hair off. Terrible!!!! I would give it a zero star if I could.
Very professional and friendly staff. Just got a cut but the woman was very knowledgeable & helped me get a new shampoo & conditioner for damaged hair. Definitely coming back!
Staff is friendly and very helpful. I see Teena and have always been very satisfied with the service I receive. They carry a nice range of hair care products and always give me great advice on new things to try. It is so nice and convenient having this business on campus.
Worst experience ever. Everything from shampoo to cut was unprofessional and lacked technique. As for the cut, I even showed them a picture of how I wanted my hair done, and it still turned out NOTHING like how I ordered it. Never going again.
Very kind and professional. My haircut was done very well. Will go back in a heartbeat.
