Came in for a couple workouts while in town for the weekend. Had the privilege of being coached by Ivy and Adam. Both of them were extremely welcoming and great coaches. Awesome members to work out with. Highly recommend this gym.
Great coaching staff: very knowledgeable, technical, and hands on. Great equipment: power lifting bars, Olympic bars, bumper plates, sleds, yokes. Great members: everyone was very nice and welcoming, making it easy to ask questions if I was unsure. Large gym, lots of rooms for lots of new faces. If you're looking for a gym to drop in, join, or check out- Muncie Crossfit at The Arsenal is the best place around, no questions asked.
The coaching staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I have never found a workout regimen like CrossFit to keep me so motivated. The community of members is amazing as well!
