The Corner Mat

I love this yoga studio! Friendly staff and a great variety of different yoga types and classes, hot yoga being my favorite. Fantastic atmosphere that allows one to relax and replenish the spirit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great yoga experience!

I attended a Beginner Yoga 101 class tonight. It was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in trying yoga. Wide range of ages in the class which also made it very welcoming! I plan on going back tomorrow to try the hot yoga!

I began attending classes at the Corner Mat when I first started practicing yoga. Going to classes at the Corner Mat is now the highlight of my week. I love the staff and the studio space! I recommend this studio to all of my friends in the area no matter their experience level with yoga! I love the Corner Mat!!
