On Thursday Oct 1st 2020 was the worst experience I've had at this CVS Pharmacy. Their were 3 people behind the counter, that I've never seen before. One customer in front of me I waited 15 minutes in line, 2 girls were doing something on their computers and the pharmacist was doing her thing. Finally I had to speak up and ask if anyone is going to wait on customers in line. Not a good visit. Other times it's not bad.

Tracy, pharmacy technician is consistently friendly and helpful 100% of the time. She is a wonderful employee that I very much appreciate!nDebbie

I've been on hold for more than half an hour now. Extremely long wait. Go to Walgreens if you can.

Pharmacy has very poor customer service. I am constantly having issues with getting my refills when I need them. They also let me sit in a phone queue for more than a half an hour without once bothering to pick up the phone and, at the very least, asking me to hold. Literally can't fathom that this is a sustainable business model.

The pharmacist on days, I don't know her name, but she's real snotty and hateful. Other customers I've talked to say the same thing. All the other girls that work there are real friendly.getting a prescription sometimes is hard enough, the last thing I want to deal with is non friendly pharmacist
