I called ahead and asked if they had donuts. The fellow looked for them and told me they had them and told me the price. He even had it placed at the counter for me. The same fellow greeted me at the door, telling me to have a nice day. This guy is an asset to CVS. Well done!

Customer service is extremely slow and they often say they don’t have the prescription even though it’s been called in multiple times. Then when the prescription is filled, they don’t run it through the insurance even though multiple other scripts have been filled here. If there is a script filled and they have to reprocess it through with your insurance card (which is already on file) it takes them another 15-20 minutes to get it done and they make you wait even though there are NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE. I’ve had this issue with this pharmacy multiple times and have finally decided to switch to Walgreens to avoid the headache of dealing with the incompetencies of this CVS pharmacy.

This pharmacy has went downhill. Rude customer service, short on many of medications, they are always running out saying your script is filled then go pick it up and they say they dont have the medication. Medications dont work when your on them for 2 weeks then off for week in half. By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and prepare to wait forever. This staff is so rude.
