This place is truly a gem in this town. The super friendly staff makes you feel like family when you walk through the door. I love the excitement that comes along with going to a class or just working out in the gym. The owner is more than helpful and is always willing to make sure you get the most out of your workout! Amanda is an amazing instructor! I can't take Zumba or Yoga from anyone else, she is honestly the best. Very knowledgeable, kind, and works with all skill levels. I have used the gym as well and found it to be extremely clean and not too crowded. Amanda will take the time to show you how to use the equipment and give you specific exercises to do as well. This gym is perfect for someone new to exercise or a seasoned pro!

Great local place equipped with all of your fitness needs. Wonderfully fun classes at various times for working adults. A fully equipped 24 hour gym. Massages. And great smiling faces every time!! Hicksville is very lucky to have this asset. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Great and very clean place! I have only been up there once but it’s very clean and love that it’s 24 hours. Amanda is a very kind and genuine person I have known her for a while! What a great thing to do in this town is open up a fitness center so you don’t have to drive a half hour just to work out.

What a wonderful gym! The 24/7 access allows you to workout on your own schedule. There are a variety of classes and times. The instructors are all amazing! I drive 20 minutes one way everyday and would not think of going somewhere else.
