I like the Auburn location a lot! We utilize the online ordering mostly and they do a great job! Something that isn't necessarily their fault, but sometimes they don't have items the app says they do... minor issue!
11/14/20- The wait was a bit long but it was worth it! Person that took my order asked how I was and was very polite. I ordered three drinks and on the last drink I told her anything she likes that’s iced and that will wake me up. She did an amazing job. The drink I received defiantly did just that. Not to mention how polite and helpful the cashier in drive thru was. He was very good at holding a non-awkward conversation and even gave me advice. After him telling me all the great things their store was doing to prevent covid I understood their store hours and why the line was a bit of a long wait. Such a great experience and I will continue to come here!
Not open regular hours. Lobby closed again. Only drive thru open. I assume employee shortage. Better make a backup plan where to get your coffee on bc this location is having some issues
Coffee was fine as usual. Service was refreshingly friendly compared to NYC.
Had the impossible sausage in ciabatta. Didn't have the egg and cheese. They still charged full price, $5.15, for one thin Vegan sausage on plain bread.
