Zach, a young pharmacist at CVS Auburn, was terrific to work with. He is friendly, helpful, efficient, and caring. I specific returned to CVS AUburn because of him and have recommended him.

I went to pick up a prescription of pain medicine for my Fiance today, the second one he got, for his surgery! I was told it wasn't there. Then the gentleman rudely asked me to come to the consulting area instead of pickup.. rudely told me it was already picked up on a certain date.. I said I've only picked up one prescription.. he rudely said SO you didn't pick one up on the 17th ?!? Of his surgery ?? Started questioning me like I was there trying to just snag pain pills.. guess what.. it was sent to the wrong pharmacy and it shouldn't have taken much to figure that out!!!! Rude and unprofessional. Will be getting my scripts filled elsewhere from now on

The employees are really nice. Pharmacy staff was surprisingly honest and very helpful. Glad those kind of people still exist.

Unfortunately, this is the worst pharmacy in town as far as filling prescriptions in a timely manner or even being professional & polite for that matter. After several times of poor service from them, I am done. Seems like the pharmacy personnel are consistently stressed to the point that they just do not care about they are doing. Maybe better management might be a solution?....just not sure. :(

The pharmacy is very friendly. All of the employees are knowledgeable and very helpful.
