Fogarty Creek Beach

We went again. This time the sea was angry and very emotional, so we kept at a respectable social distance. Being nearly the highest tide there wasn't much beach combing. No regrets though, this place is always awesome.

Perfect beach for dogs and for kids to play. The creek divides the beach, but is shallow to cross, or use the bridge at the campgrounds to cross. Rock outcrops are good for bouldering. The location is central to Lincoln City and Newport.

To access this cute beach, there is a tunnel that runes under the highway to a parking lot. Follow the signs that indicate an entrance to Fogarty Creek North.

Very nice walk out to the little beach. Awesome wave action from rock formations.

This place was amazing! I wish we could have spent the day, but it was raining. Will definitely revisit!
