Rocky Creek State Scenic Viewpoint

Public restrooms available before you start the hike but no hot water so bring hand sanitizer. Short hike with benches and picnic tables overlooking the ocean. Tree roots sticking up from the ground can make your footing a little shaky in some parts but generally a quick easy hike. Viewing platform at the end gives a beautiful view of the cove.plenty of parking and just five minutes away from Depoe Bay.

Beautiful scenic views, loved the whale cove lookout! Sad that some people risk having these parks and resources by taking selfish dangerous risks though. See photo of person out on cliff past danger signs to take a picture, and it was rainy and slick. Why??

Beautiful park with trails along the rocks. Several people saw whales from this park, but we didn't have any luck. We DID see two sea lions playing the waves, though!
