I recommend this place. We had a large temp controlled unit and two smaller non-controlled ones while waiting to move for several months. Although I thought the Temp controlled was a little pricey, there wasn't much choice in the area. I am glad we went with this one though. Our belongings were worth saving the right way.nCindy, I believe her name is, was professional and very helpful in getting us the size we needed, and even the second small one last minute.nI paid up front , and on time, and left everything as clean as possible, so no problems getting 2 of the 3 deposits back. The other one was emptied during a lot of snow in Dec, so that wasn't a surprise.nCommunication is the key to customer service, and we worked it out for the best on both sides.

This place and the customer service both suck. We started with a smaller unit which we kept for about a year and a half, then upgraded to a larger unit to accommodate our things as we prepared to move. When we moved to the larger unit in the middle of our rental period of the smaller unit, they did not prorate our rent. We couldn't wait until the end of our rental agreement because the size of unit that we wanted was popular and went quickly. We gave in, even though we thought it was a rip off. When we moved our items out of the smaller unit, we found a dead mouse and a dead frog in the unit and about 50% of our furniture was moldy. We had covered and prepared our furniture to be stored, and due to the amount of moisture that made its way into the unit, we still had mold and critters. We had already committed and paid for the larger unit so we moved everything over and as we went to lock up, there was about a 1/2 inch clearance underneath the unit door - it didn't even seal. I waited for about 2 months to receive my $10.00 deposit from the smaller unit...I never received the check. I called them to find out the status and they said that I would not be getting my deposit back because I did not sweep out my unit. I had left the dead mouse and the frog so that they could see that critters were getting into the unit. I told her that was the case and she said that no one else had complained about a rodent problem - was this an accusation that I put the mouse in there? Who knows....regardless this place has terrible customer service and their units are not worth their outlandish pricing. We will be moving our belongings to a different place. After 10 years of using storage units, both climate controlled and non, this is the worst experience I have had.

This is the 3rd time I've used them, secure, convent and easy to work with, along with great prices.
