I used to work at this facility and it's a great gym for military, retired military and DoD civilians. Tons of cardio machines, cybex machines, and free weights.nnFull sized basketball court, a racquetball court and an aerobics room with a variety of classes. Spinning, Yoga and a running improvement class are free for people who have Base access.nnThere's also an indoor rock climbing tread wall and a 'functional fitness' AKA cross fit room: kettle bells, ropes, medicine balls, rubber plates, etc.
Excellent fitness centers- especially for how small the base is. Lots of variety in machines, free weights and cardio machines. Never been here on the weekend, but it's never crowded during the week. Had the free weight room all to myself for 2 hours at a time.
The facility is clean, well-equipped and the operating hours are excellent.
I'm in the Army and the Air Force continues to amaze me with how fancy it is.
