Outstanfing! Lots of sun, a little breezey.
Site for ur eyes
Always pretty enjoyable when we visit here. There's so much you can do here. From fishing and crabbing to watching the seals or walking the beach and looking for neat shells, agates and sea glass. Almost always stop here when we're in the area.
Playful seals, bald eagles, herons, seabirds, wonderful beach that curves around a bend (creating unique sideways waves & a beautiful, soft haze in the air sometimes)...I love the campfires. Lots of people enjoy Moe's restaurant nearby too. Only drawback is occasional homeless folks got a little rowdy/intoxicated nearby-but only 2 times out of my 14 brief trips (a few hours) I've made here this year. But local law enforcement handled it admirably, & respectfully encouraged them to head away from the populated area. Not usually an issue tho. A wonderful beach imho.
Beautiful spot, but can be very busy. Moe's and the Mermaid are close for food, crabbing and fishing from the shore and seal watching from the beach! Also a great spot for float hunting during the summers!
