Pete came out and installed a heat pump furnace system. It ran OK last winter but this winter it was not performing like it should. Called the shop and Nick got Pete back out. He found a fault and replaced a failed component. He also spent extra time with it making sure it worked. They extended my warrenty and fixed it right! It performed better than the first season. I am on budget with the utilities and my last bill shocked me being negative $87.00! Never had that happen before!

They came out and the guy ran an uunecessary wire in living room that put power out bedroom a joined to it as well as living room. I called him before he got back to town luckily or I would ve had to pay another service fee to come back. As I was informed but then he did out figure out the 2 was a joined and ran wire ftom living room to bedroom. Corrected his mistake and apologized. Costs were alot than expected than what I was told on phone and had inticpated. He did try to up sale me on putting in another circuit which I felt was not needed so the overall experience was a little disappointing even though problem got fixed I just felt like they were all about money. That's it....
