Never have I ever had such terrible service! Every time I go through this location they are rude and the food is wrong most of the time! I got into the line at 10:25 but did not make it to the speaker until 10:31 due to their slow service. I tried to order breakfast and they would not sell it to me one minute past! This is ridiculous and needs to be changed. I use to run restaurants for years and never would I allow such behavior. Whoever is running this location needs to be fired!

Cleanest and best service of any McDonald's I have ever visited in the US. My hometown of Mobile Al never has many customers and there is a good reason. Hire retired people with perky attitude and the rest will take care of itself.
Quarter pounder raw in middle. Gentlemen working registered said as long as it passes there temp test it's good. I had two different same burgers both red on middle. I asked for a cheese burger instead.
It was very busy and got our order wrong which is very typical of any McDonald's. Was nice to have inside dining available and they had employees manning the drink station. Overall the restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly. Just stinks that you can't get what you paid for they need to check your order before sending them out. I got carry out and went back once for a missing sandwich to only find out down the road one of our happy meals that was supposed to have extra fries had zero fries.
