I really enjoy going to this CVS. Rossville is tiny, so I frequent this location. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well-stocked. I used to prefer Walgreens, but I got my prescriptions transferred to this CVS.

The pharmacist here is so rude and acts like I am such an inconvenience to her every time I come in to drop off a prescription which isn’t very often. She does not greet you, does not make eye contact when she says “i will be with you in a second” she then finally looks up and with a disgust look on her face says “ what can i do for you.” I just always leave the store after picking or dropping off a prescription upset. My husband refuses to go to the pharmacy there now for the way he was treated. He will go to make a purchase but never again to the pharmacy!! Just sad that one person can make you feel like this! Other than that the cashiers are so nice they greet you, thank you for coming in and are always so willing to help you with a huge smile! They are the reason i come back just to make quick purchases!

The pharmacists and techs are caring and take the time to get to know their customers and are able to often anticipate their needs.

have always had great experience here and a very helpful staff. if you can'f find anything, they will help you the best they can!
