Salishan Beach

Awesome morning walk. Lots of dog lovers, but wished they pick up after their 3 greyhounds. I saw it.nGreat spot for agate hunting, at low tide. Cliff's of sand that look like the Grand Canyon. Great day watching harbor seal across the breachway.

Worth the long walk if you can't pass through the vehicle access private security gate. Seals routinely sunbathe here. The seals seem accustomed to humans and don't freak out if you approach to reasonable selfie distance. There are agates to be found at the cape and along the three-plus mile trek from the resort. Will return.

Love walking the beach and collecting agetes.

Not your regular sand. Nice beach to walk on.
