Nice flat area on one side of the rock. If you risk it, maybe kayak out there and unfold a chair and relax. Rock looks to be maybe 3/4 of a mile from shore.
Pretty sweet island, mostly rock. I guess that's why they call it rock island. You can get a good view from the top of God's thumb lookout, which is where I took these pictures. That's all you really need to know about rock island I suppose...
The coast of Oregon is beautiful,
dont listen to bluetarp, there IS a Starbucks on the west side, a little hard to find maybe...but all the Uber drivers know it and can drop u right in front
no starbucks here!
