I love this location! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Very busy most of the time, always clean and polite. Dee and Kelci are my two favorites!!
I don't know what the gentleman a few days ago is talking about the Barista Dee having poor customer service. She goes out of her way to make people feel cared and valued as she has done with me more than once (including once when she managed to totally turn around a really bad day) and as I've seen she doing to others as well. She's, in my opinion, an example of how to deal with the customer and should be praised as such. Dee, if you read this keep being yourself.
I really wish this chain would go out of business. Too much controversy. MERRY CHRISTMAS.
Great drink and friendly service. Despite a line, wait was short.
