Taft Athletic Club

Great place, very friendly staff and members. One of the only places currently operating on the coast, and it's very nice. Many sanitary practices as well as sanitization stations have been set up to keep everything clean and in working order. Highly recommend.

With the community center closed I gave this gym a try. This gym has a lot of soul. If they had an assisted pull-up machine it would be perfect.

This to me is a pretty special place.I had zero fitness experience upon joining,and within the first week had quit smoking and made good progress in dietary changes.Everyone is very welcoming and friendly.Cleanliness is important to them as it is to me so also a plus.I would definitely advise getting a membership.
