Arriving in town on business during COVID is in its one rights stressful. I found a restaurant I wanted to try but have enough gray matter to know I will either pick up food or have it delivered to the hotel. The inter webs stated the restaurant delivered. When I called they didn’t but they did provide me the number to waiter on the way a specific service we don’t have on Detroit.nSo when I called the woman I spoke with was helpful and professional and understood customer service. At the end of the call she told me about their website and app which I signed up for. Most people do not understand service and would have said here go to our website and order.... she did it correctly and I know I will be using them often over the next two weeks and when I am back in the future. The driver was polite and professional and was wearing a mask unlike the vast majority of people I have seen in this town. Great company and I hope they have the success they deserve

Best delivery app. Always within or sooner than expected. I specified my food to be gluten free and the restaurant noticed the food wasn’t, communicated this to waiter on the way - who then called me, let me adjust my order and then fixed the price for me. (Thanks Mike!!) I don’t normally leave reviews but waiter on the way has always gone above and beyond.

I used Waiter on the Way for the first time in years today...nn-Order arrived early and very hot!n-Food had as much flavor as if I ordered in the restaurantn-Delivery Driver was friendly, professional and really seemed to enjoy her job!!nnHappy to use this local service over all the Corporate Ones...nnThank You!!nTK
