Guy working was rude!!!!! I will never go back.

Nice selection of goods, expensive, weird trashy vibe, but conveniently located and great service.

The woman working there double charged me for my purchases, then when I discovered the mistake a couple of days later and went back to ask for a refund for the double charges, I was told that I would have to come back when she was working there. When I came back and asked her to return my money I was told that I would have to bring in a copy of my bank statement first, and then she would refund my money. I brought in a copy of my bank statement clearly showing that she had double charged me, and she still refused to refund my money claiming that she had to show it to her boss first and then her boss would refund my money. On my 4th trip there to simply get a refund of the double charges I was asked to make a 5th trip back at 5 p.m. when her boss would be present, before they will be able to refund the charges. It's only $20, so driving back and forth across town repeatedly has cost me more than that in time and money but it's the principle of it, she charged me $42 for a couple packs of cigarettes, a cup of coffee and a lighter and now she's repeatedly refused to correct the mistake!!! And worse is the fact that the phone number doesn't work so I can't reach the owner myself to complain about the rude treatment and the extreme difficulty I'm having getting my situation resolved. It wasn't until I called the corporate offices to complain that my money was refunded. Avoid this place like the plague! They have no regard for their customers, and when they cheat you out of your money, they refuse to pay it back!!
