Stylish clothes with amazing warranties on jeans

Giving 2 stars because I found a ton of cute clothes and the girl at the register was very nice. However the girl and guy attending the dressing room were super rude. I found a variety of clothes and so the lady offered to take them and start a dressing room for me. I let her, and then continued to shop. After gathering a few more things to try on, I went to go find my dressing room..which wasn’t set up. When I asked where my other clothes were, the lady just looked at me and said “Oh, someone must’ve taken them.” No apology. Then she asks me to try and remember all the sizes of all the clothes I had gathered so she could go retrieve them, and the things she brought back were no where near what I had originally gathered. I tried pushing the button in the dressing room several times and no one came. I finally had to call my husband in to the store to go get different sizes for me. Pretty bad customer service. And still no apology. Hope this store gets some better help because I loved the variety of clothes there.

The girl working was very rude. She did not acknowledge us when we entered the store, nor did she speak to us ANYTIME before we checked out. She was much too busy engaging with her coworker the entire time. Even when we were checking out, we told her to “Have a nice day,” after the transaction and she did not say a word. My boyfriend and I both work in customer service and are in our early twenties and do not act this way, so there is no excuse.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I love AE clothing and the clearance options are great. However, the ladies working here are rude and inattentive. When my husband and I walked through the door, we were paid no mind despite saying hello to both of the clerks. In fact, the only time one of them said anything to us (besides when we were checking out) was when we were walking back to the front of the store to check out the clothes and the girl wouldn't even look at as and told us to have a good day in a monotone voice, then she was in the back for pretty much the entire time after that rather than offering help or asking if we found everything okay. The gentleman who checked us out was nice enough, but the poor man was sick as hell, yet he was the nicest one there, or at least as nice as one can be when they look and feel like they're dying. This is the kind of service I get almost everytime I come into this store, despite spending hundreds each time I come in. It just reminds me why I always buy online, rather than just coming in. I work in customer service, and I have to say a good few of the ladies working in this store are lacking in any sort of customer service skills. It's not difficult to smile, say hello, and to offer help like you're being paid to do,
