Was there 11/14/20. One of a handful of stores not tracking customer capacity, not enforcing 6 feet of social distancing (even at the register), allowing customers to come around the plexiglass at the counter, at least one employee was wearing a face shield without a mask, which is just as effective as wearing NOTHING. We were disappointed at the lack of concern for customers as COVID cases are ramping up .

I really appreciate all the time and effort of the staff here at Hane’s Lincoln City. I had an issue that was complicated and involved multiple people to check on a piece of inventory and call me back. They were quick to return my calls and went above and beyond, even though they had never met me before! I especially appreciate the manager, Patrice’s, time and energy she spent helping me. Thank you for your great customer service!
