NEVER AGAIN. I will not fall for this scam anymore. Customer service offering me a free pizza with nothing on it is not going to fix the culture of this company ripping people off.nGO SOMEWHERE ELSE, PEOPLE! THERE ARE GREAT PIZZA PLACES in Fort Wayne.nnOriginal review:nNothing on the bread. Why would anyone pay $6 for “cheese” bread when he will receive only bread. What a rip off! I waited 5 years to order from Domino’s again, and I got NOTHING for my money. What a joke! NEVER AGAIN!

Grace, the manager at this particular Domino's location, has demonstrated a level of customer care not seen by other restaurant chains in years. She handled my concern about a past order with attentiveness, and a genuine desire to make amends.nnGive recognition to people like Grace as they are a breadth of fresh air in an industry that has been removed from the 'service' for many years in what truly defines the term customer service.

Great service, great location! This is a new store and it seems to have been finished fast, but with excellent quality. They have a drive up pick up window with easy access to cook and Lima road. This Domino's is in the same building as Kaleidoscope flooring (Maps has the wrong point on the map). I do not think you will be disappointed with Domino's quality and speed. If you are in the mood for pizza give this location a try, online, phone in or order in person (though in person my be effected by the pandemic, not sure)

Perfection! Professional and courteous. 22 minutes from the time we placed the order to when they were at our door!! Deliciousness!!
