Receptionist snapped at us, was rude and cold when we picked up the car. Was shocked by the encounter then. Low and behold - months later (yesterday 6/29) received a phone call from them that was insulting, rude, tactless, and disrespectful. Stay away! Not how you treat folks who spend $8k .
Professional and honest! This team is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered in the automotive repair industry. Excellent communication throughout the repair process, and accurate determination of the completion time. Ok, I know that sounds like a robot response, but these guys are awesome. Staci and Jeremy are friendly and easy to work with. They even allowed me to pick up the car outside of their normal business hours since I’m an hour away and work Monday through Friday.
Great auto body repair job at an excellent price. I'm so happy I took my Toyota Corolla to Main Auto Body in Lincoln City after I dented the fender while towing it 1300 miles during my move here. Not only did they fix it, they also fixed an old dent in the front and all for a super price much lower than I would have paid where I used to live. They are friendly, helpful, and even gave me a free loaner car to drive for the two days it took to fix my car. I highly recommend Main Auto Body and will definitely use them again if needed.
