How would I describe CFFW in one word? Great! They have great classes for all levels of people or age. The coaches are very knowledgeable in what they do. They encourage you to do your best and help you reach your goals.

Crossfit Fort Wayne is all about long term health, fitness and functionality. The coaches will push, but not to the point of injury. The owners are always available and ready to help and take suggestions. The most special part though is by far the members. Everyone is encouraging and friendly. We all remember what it was like to walk into what most perceive as a very intimidating workout facility, so we are all particularly helpful to new members no matter the fitness level. We all started as beginners!

The environment is very welcoming. The kind of gym anyone could like. The coaches are always trying their best to be there for each member, showing them technique and encouraging them. It's a great Crossfit box and has a very positive mentality.
