Excellence- Period. Owning two slightly oldish vehicles in the last 5 years has meant many a trip to mechanics. I have experienced shops in Lincoln City (and Portland) that out and out lie/charge too much/ exaggerate what you need. Autoworxs displayed nothing but honesty, integrity and know how! I was towed in with a problem that some places could have told me was a cracked block- and I had no way to know for sure. But Craig diagnosed my issue, fixed it while I waited (a very short time), charged me 65.00 and I was on my way! The kicker was- when he didn't know I was watching - I saw him wipe down any grease marks he may have left on my door and hood. I had the misfortune in July to go tonLes Schwabs up the street ( I didn't know yet about Autoworxs) and not only did they waaay over charge me- but the mechanic left permanent grease marks on my carpet and seat - AND ones that required vigorous elbow grease all up and down my car door and over my back wheels! I was so mad. Which reminds me- I need to write their review too.nAutoworxs can be trusted. They are friendly too!nP.S. Expect more work Autoworx! I went right back to the place I was staying at to give them an Autoworxs card and recommendation. Serving travelers everyday, now they can confidently recommend a repair shop if anyone else traveling through needs it. Yay!
They are always really helpful and straightforward. They are always honest with their prices, and take care of the problem quickly and efficiently. We have never had a bad experience taking our car here.
Got us in quickly when our car broke down. In and out same day on a hot weekend day. Will definitely be back in the future. Very knowledgeable and helpful!
Very professional and knowledgeable. Had a water leak and he explained what it was in no time.
